Tosha Tawney: if its eye cloud disease it can as its caused by a larval stage of a fluke parasite however, fish's eyes often dull and cloud over due to poor water conditions as the fish slimes up to protect itself, this in it self is only dangerous as the mucus builds up and interferes with the breathing process.
