Autumn Vacio: Cleaning to me is tidying up... doing the dishes and laundry, and vaccuuming... maybe windex the glass...Deep cleaning is scrubbing, moving furniture, organizing, going through closets... etc.
Hermina Ketring: Deep cleaning would be moving the furniture to clean under and behind, dusting baseboards, removing and cleaning glass shades from lights and cleaning them, dusting everything, including light bulbs, tops of doorways and picture frames (any horizontal surface). Washing floors, including cleaning well around edges and corners, washing, dry cleaning or vacuuming drapes, washing windows. Cleaning every surface of appliances. Okay, I'm tired now. Irma Poiter: My idea of deep cleaning is to disassemble or move heavy furniture and clean under it, strip the windows and clean the blinds, curtains and windows (inside and out), clean carpets, remove everything from the closets and clean the closets good, take everything out cabinets and clean the shelves and drawers, wash all walls and baseboards and ceilings, clean upholstery, AND do all the cleaning that I do on a daily basis such as cleaning the bathroom, the kitchen, dusting, sweep or vacuum, mop.......I'm tired just thinking about it...........what have I forgotten?...Show more
