What should I do for sore feet, is there a massager I can buy, some help or suggestions would be wonderful.answers 1:Hello, First of all I am sorry that you have this soreness/pain which prevents you from walking/working normally. I would prefer to tackle this issue not just by recommending a product, but to try and know the source and help further.In order to achieve that we need a proper diagnostic.Please answer these questions: 1) Is it sensitive to the touch/press on it?2) Do you have high or low arches in your feet?3) Is there any redness or bruising visible?4) Where exactly is the pain soreness located in the foot (is it towards your heel)?5) Do you have "extra"! pain when you first get up in the morning and take a few steps?6) What kind of shoes do you usually wear?7) Did you start any sport activity lately? Here are a few things you can do right now: 1) In general you should be completely resting your feet - Minimize walking / standing and see if there is some improvement. 2) Ice your feet at least 4 times a day, either by applying ice directly or by rolling a frozen bottle under your heel and arch when you sit down. 3) Massage the area to speed up healing. 4) Wear supportive shoes around the house as well.5) Avoid standing on hard surfaces, you can buy a rug or some sort of padding to put on the floor where you work. This is probably the single best thing you can do after a busy day on your feet. Walking barefoot both strengthens and relaxes your feet. It normalizes your whole posture and lets your feet adopt their natural shape and alignment.2) A hot bath with Radox or other similar preparation may help relax and refresh you.3) An epsom salt foot soak may be beneficial if you don't want to have a bath. There are numerous other natural foot soak recipes easily found with an internet search.4) Whilst you sit and watch TV or whatever, you can give yourself a relaxing and invigorating massage by simply rolling a tennis ball back and forth under the length of your feet.5) You may need to look at the type of shoe you are wearing.
